Seven stages of a Bhavya Expo order
1. Enquiry
Share weave interest, indicative volume, destination port and target season.
2. Sampling
We weave or dispatch reference samples for approval against your shade card.
3. Quotation
Pricing on EXW, FOB Chennai or CIF terms, with HSN codes and lead times.
4. Production
Loom capacity is reserved; progress updates are shared through the run.
5. Inspection
Every piece is checked against the approved sample before packing.
6. Documentation
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and GI declaration prepared.
7. Freight
Air or sea booking, dispatch, and tracking through to your port of discharge.
